This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services, digital products, subscriptions, and plans offered by VSafeTag Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), including those purchased via our Website, VSafeTag Customer App, and VSafeTag Executive App.

If any insurance or insurance-related benefit is provided through VSafeTag in partnership with a third-party insurer or provider, refunds for such insurance components (if any) may be governed by the respective insurer’s terms and regulatory rules (such as IRDAI guidelines).

In such cases, VSafeTag may assist you in forwarding your request to the insurer but does not control the insurer’s decision regarding refunds or cancellations.
